About ROCK

EarlyON Child and Family Centre

The Reach Out Centre for Kids (ROCK) is the EarlyON Child and Family Centre for the Burlington Community.

EarlyON Centres are open to all families in Ontario. They’re welcoming places that offer a range of services:
  • join fun activities and children's programs
  • get advice from professionals trained in early childhood development
  • find out about other family services in your community
  • connect with other families with young children
All EarlyON programs are offered free of charge. No registration required. Click here for our EarlyON program schedule.

Inclement Weather

There will be times when weather and road conditions will require us to close our centres.

Our ROCK/EarlyON Centres will close if the Halton District School Board closes the schools due to weather conditions.

If the schools are open, but transportation is cancelled, our Mobile program will also be cancelled. The decision to open or to close all other sites will be made by our Management team by 7:00 a.m.

At all times, make safety your first priority when considering your attendance at program. Please stay within your comfort zone when driving and weather conditions are concerned.

If you are unsure if a program is running, please check our Facebook page or call the centre to inquire.

Parents will not be reimbursed for cancellations due to weather conditions.
